Upon enrollment, new members will receive a welcome email containing the username & password for our online customer portal. If you didn’t receive this, please first check your spam folder, and then contact us to resend your login credentials if you’re unable to find your enrollment message.
Your username is always the email address that you registered for your coaching program with - and your password will be a randomly assigned value that you'll receive via email.
If you lose your password, click on the “Lost Password” link on our customer portal login page to have a new one emailed to you automatically. If you never received the welcome email, please contact us and we will resend your login credentials.
